The Pathways in Criminal Justice Career Fair Series supports national and local recruiting efforts by connecting law enforcement agencies with aspiring professionals and community members interested in public safety careers.

Offered during free admission hours, the program, including the featured NOBLE panel discussion, removes financial barriers to participation—inviting the public to explore the Museum, engage directly with officers, and learn about the many ways law enforcement professionals serve their communities.

Through interactive exhibits, career panels, and networking opportunities, attendees gain insight into the breadth of opportunities across federal, state, and local agencies, as well as specialized areas such as corrections, investigations, and campus policing.

The Career Fair Series will be held on February 18, 2026 and March 18, 2026. Please find registration details below: 


Law Enforcement

  • Regular Price: 
    • $175 for one fair
    • $300 for both fairs if registering at the same time
  • Includes one 6’ rectangular table and two chairs. Access to power and tableclothes available upon request.  
Non-Law Enforcement (please contact Josh Bronson, JBronson@nleomf.org, for approval prior to registration. 
  • Regular Price: 
    • $775 for one fair
    • $1,300 for both fairs if registering at the same time
  • Includes one 6’ rectangular table and two chairs. Access to power and tableclothes available upon request.
